Entry terms

• An entry is confirmed only after the payment provider has verified your payment.
• One payment can cover several entries; each entry keeps its own reference.
• For Vic's 500, a relay team has exactly four participants. Each participant may enter one relay team and one individual race for the event.
• Junior classes follow the school year: each class is the age reached during the 2026/27 school year (for example J13 is Year 8, born 1 September 2013 to 31 August 2014). Adult classes are assigned manually by the club. Relay teams may be men, women or mixed.
• Entries close at the time shown on the event page. Bookings started after that time are refused; payments already in progress are still checked.

Refunds and withdrawals

Refund requests and withdrawals will be considered on an individual basis. Please email your name, event and booking reference to lvrc.competitions@gmail.com.
